Hallo,
Last October, while staying at Durness, I  happened upon your  chocolate
shop...one very wet and windy day.
Given the weather and how soaked I was,  I decided I needed a hot
chocolate, something that I never drink.
I really enjoyed your version of hot chocolate, and as it is winter and
now very wet and windy where I live (Flinders, Victoria, Australia), it is
perfect weather for such decadence.
I am hoping you would be kind enough to tell me what you do to make such a
delicious hot chocolate, please.
